In January 2022, WCEA launched the One World Project for healthcare providers in low- and middle-income countries, and we have reached more than 525.000 healthcare professionals and 7m hours of training in over 50 countries.
We would like to thank all our partners who have supported this initiative: UNFPA, WHO AFRO, The Royal College of Midwives, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, Jhpiego, American Academy of Pediatrics, Maternity Foundation, RCNi, American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau among many others.
Without the help of our global partners, the International Council of Nurses, and a collaboration with the International Confederation of Midwives, all our stakeholders, donors, and education providers we couldn’t achieve these amazing milestones.
In honor of the International Day of the Midwife, we are launching the Midwifery Educator CPD Programme with UNFPA HQ & LSTM, sponsored by Johnson & Johnson Foundation*.
