The webinar will be focused on the approach to Full blood count (FBC). The speaker will be discussing common findings in an FBC (e.g anemia, thrombocytopenia, leucocytosis) and considerations for differential diagnosis as well as follow-up investigations to consider.

Obtained my undergraduate medical degree in 2011 and peaked my interest in haematology whilst working as a medical officer at the Dr George Mukhari Hospital Haematology unit. Qualified as a haematopathologist in 2021 and am currently working in the Department of Molecular Medicine and Haematology at CMJAH/NHLS.
